its all a matter of opinion of course. i would say go at least with an A spec setup to handle and look a little better while preserving ride quality.

or you can get a FLEX kit and lower it 4 inches on 18s like I did!

is it that you dont EVER plan to lower, or is it that you have some cash and want to get rims first THEN lower later?

I had my car on stock suspension with 18s for 4 months, I lived with it, but yeah, it looked kinda dumb

Unfortunately, everything looks stupid on the TSX without lowering it. Giant wheel wells, very little in the way of fender flare.....

Even the new Odyssey looks positively slammed by comparison ...

Thanks...yeah, that does look bad.

So I guess my options for my 06 TSX are:

1. Live with the 06 rims (maybe they'll look better in person)
2. Get some different 17s...maybe even the 04/05 TSX rims off of eBay ($$)
3. Get some 18s & lower it ($$$$)

I would go for either option 2 or 3... I can't imagine how those could look better is person

You could also get some of the factory add on wheels like the silver stars or aspecs.

Aside from eBay, does anyone know where I can get Honda/Acura rims (including non-US rims)?

The only situation where its ok not to drop it is when you have the RJ Inspyres

The RJs work for a couple of reasons; the offset is right which keeps them inboard, which lessens the perceived gap, and the width and offset allow for running 235/40/18s, which are the right diameter (as opposed to 225/40/18 which are smaller and add gap.)

Remember that the silver TSX w/ the Inspyres, while not lowered, was actually loaded with the guy's stock rims/tires in the trunk and back seat. Hence, the car looks a bit lower in the rear.

That said, I still think those rims/tires would look pretty decent on an unlowered TSX. I haven't seen any other type of 18" or 19" rim that would look good on a TSX w/o lowering.
