Forgot to mention I'm in Canada. Went to Costco but they only carry Michelins or a BF G-Force Super Sports. The BF Super Sports would be $859 after everything.
Anyone tried these?

If your local dealers or stores dont have them, go to www.tirerack.com and order from there. Mine for the 17 stocks came out to $600 something with balance, warranty & installation.

Someone stole "My Garage"
General Exclaim UHP are my summer (well, 3-season) tire. They're really good, excellent in wet weather, and very inexpensive. 225-45-17 can be had at Canadian Tire for a good price every so often when they have their buy-3-get-one-free deals.
I did order my set from TireRack and saved some money but that was when the dollar was almost 100% at par. My wifes set for her car were cheaper at CT than on TireRack at the time the dollar was about $0.93 USD.
Warning: Not a snow tire. However, in Vancouver you shouldn't need to worry about that and if it does snow... take public transit for that one day of the year.

Agree 1000%; outstanding tire, and a virtual steal. I run 225/50x17's on 17x7.5" wheels (3 seasons), but they're now available in the OE size and would strongly recommend them (the tire, not necessarily the size). As far as where to get them, like anything, I'd just check around till I found the best price either in Canada or here in the US (pretty sure it's still Tire Rack here in the USA).

www.1010tires.com or www.carmodifer.com ....both are canadian tire websites, with cheap or free shipping to all of Canada.
