busted bolt

Alright decided to put ingalls kit on this morning. Everything is going well
until while torqueing the bolts down the toe adjustment bolt snaps in half!
I called Acura but of course they have to order the part. Wont be here until
Monday. This is a very unique bolt but since I am no longer using the factory
toe adjustment can I replace it with a similiar bolt until the one from Acura gets
here? I'm a suspension noob but it looks like if I use the same size washers
and bolt it will work for the weekend. Any advise?

Are you using a torque wrench?

yea I used a torque wrench I think the bolt was suspect to break on me at some
point. 40 ft lbs isn't much force to break a bolt.
