17 A-Spec Sparkle Silver
Anyone know where I can get these below MSRP($1300)? Saw these on Ebay a couple of months ago, but only see one set being offered for $1150 and not the Sparkle Silver.

I loove my A-spec rims... I dont know too many people that have them
I have a little curbage on one of them... the alloy wheel repair specialst said the color is a "hyper silver".. its a very reflective paint. It almost looks like chrome, thats how reflective it is...
Very nice though. I dig em.

Thanks.
Acura has so many variations, colors, names, sizes, etc. of this particular wheel that I don't know what to call them. Even many people who own them are unaware of what finish or size they have.
I'll do my best to describe all the variations of this wheel.
As far as I know, all variations of this wheel are manufactured for Acura by Enkei.
Back in 2001, Acura showed a prototype RSX at SEMA. It had a widebody kit and 19" black chrome wheels. The first time I saw these wheels I fell in love with them, and they still look great to me today.
When the A-Spec package was originally announced for the current TL, it came with an 18" x 8.5" 45 offset wheel in gunmetal. It came to be known as the A-Spec wheel, because dealers could not order the wheel outside of the package. At that point in time, Acura didn't break any packages. This wheel doesn't fit the TSX all that well due to the 45 offset combined with the 8.5" width, although if lowered, it would look alright. Part # was 08W18-SEP-200-note no letter at the end.
When the TSX A-Spec prototype was shown, it had a chrome version of this rim, also 18", don't know the width since it was never released for sale but judging by how it sticks out, it's probably 8.5".
When the actual TSX A-Spec hit the market, it had a 17" x 7.5" 55 offset version of this rim, in yet another finish. This rim is supposed to be available only with the TSX A-Spec package, but some dealers list them separately. Part # 08W17-SEC-200B
Okay, now things really get confusing. For the '05 TL, Acura announced two new variations on the "A-Spec" rim, as well as changes to the A-Spec TL rim. The '05 A-Spec rim is now 8" wide, still 45 offset, and comes in a high polish finish; I've seen it called platinum and light chrome as well. The part # is 08W18-SEP-200B. The B must have nothing to do with the finish, because they stuck a B at the end of the TSX A-spec wheel and it's not the same color.......
The other two are just optional rims for the TL. They're listed as high performance, or accessory rims. They have new finishes, and are also 18" x 8", 45 offset. People are all the time referring to them as A-Spec rims, but they are not part of an A-Spec package; they just look like the A-Spec package rims.
One color is a reflective chrome. Part # 08W18-SEP-200C.
The other is Silver Sparkle. Part # 08W18-SEP-200D.
Now, here's the TSX accessory wheel. It looks just like the TSX A-Spec wheel, same size as the TSX A-Spec wheel, but it has the Silver Sparkle finish and is not part of the A-Spec package. The part # for this wheel is # 08W17-SEC-200C. Again, note that the Silver Sparkle for the TL is D, while for the TSX it's C.

By the way, for the budget-conscious, Nakayama had the Vador 5 wheels which was a nice imitation of the A-Spec. Not quite the same but similar.
I was going to get this one for my TSX but they discontinued it, so I got the RonJons instead. I called Nakayama at the time and they said they might consider doing another batch due to the interest. I don't know if they brought it back or not. It was about $200, which would make it a LOT cheaper than the A-Spec.

black chrome A-specs or Gun metal A-specs would look nice on a CG TSX. Does anyone know if these rims are available on a TSX with 17's. (I have the Yoko AV4s already).

hate to thread jack, but since yall are on the subject of the HFP wheels, are they good for the TSX? Sorry to say, but I don't know much about the offset and how wide the rim should be for the TSX. I just want to stay close to stock-ride quality if possible. I'm going to get the A-spec suspension setup soon and would like a nice set of rims to match. thanks

I have these wheels on my accord. The stickers on mine were even put on crappy, not totally straight, a couple bubbles, etc. Even if I liked the way they looked, I probably still would've taken them off.
The wheels look nice on the Accord, they don't really look like TSX wheels in person. I'm 1/2 considering getting some more for winter/all-season wheels on my TSX, but will probably go with silverstars or A-Specs instead because they have a 55mm offset (HFP's have 45mm, which is fine, too, though)

+45 sticks out 10mm more than the +55 stock wheels.
I'll try to take a pic or two this weekend.
