Thanks guys .. I thought the BMW would at least give me some kind of competition but I guess not. I know that the 320i is slower all around but I didnt know untill I raced him. As for the 325xi I highly doubt you can beat that . !! Its a 4 wheel drive car with shitlada torque.!!!

325xi has 184hp and 175lb-ft of torque. Also, on their website, it says it does 0-60 in 8.8 seconds for the auto. The 4 WD should give him more grip but it accelerates slower, shouldn't it? A friend of mine bought a brand new 325xi about a year ago and he's always bragging about his car and how it can beat the tsx but the info on the BMW website is not that impressive. Is 9 lb-ft of torque make that big of a difference?

A 325ix will be SLOWER than a 325i unless you're talking about wet/snow. The AWD doesn't help in such a relatively low power car. The extra weight and higher CG works against it.
Oh and the E46 325 is rated at 184HP. TSX v 325 = drivers race.
Now the new E90 325 is a different story. Even in AT form (new 6AT) it should be able to beat a TSX.

I have a 325xi and a tsx.....
The BMW has better all round torque.....from my experience driving both, the BMW would have a headstart jump, but once the tsx hits vtec it would catch up.....
The BMW has amazingly good low end torque and you wont realize it only has 184 hp
