maybe you can ride along with me and as a seasoned driver as yourself can tell me what I can do to improve my technique and adjustments to my suspension
.....since it is my first time going to the track and all

Watching that video is inspiring, dare I say. Looks like a hell of a lot of fun! Might want to try getting into auto-crossing. Have to get better with the stick shift first, though. So this is some motivation

Looks like I'll be going on the 23rd. I got the ok from my boss to take the day off. So I'll be there in my Prelude again, but I won't bring my race tires this time. Gotta conserve the tires for later events.
So see you at the track. Just look for a white Prelude. Most likely I'll be near the garage.

Just a reminder... this is the last week to sign up for those who are interested...
The event is this Friday!
Also, if you want to just come and watch the gate fee is $10.00

You should still try to sign up and go without the rear sway bar...so that the next time you track your car, you'll be able to tell the difference.

Well, the class is optional. I don't know the exact price, couple years ago it was $35. Jeremy will be doing the class. He teaches the basic techniques. Then each student will be assigned to an instructor for the ride along. Normally, in your first session, you will be driving your car following the instructor's car in a "lead-and-follow" for several laps. Then you get to practice a little on your own for the rest of that session. In your 2nd session (sometimes your 3rd session depending on how many students are there), the instructor then will drive your car (with you in the passenger seat) for couple of laps to show you the line. Then you and the instructor will swap place. He'll ride in your car and give you driving tips.
If you don't take the class, you can still run in the beginner's group. However you'll have to wait till an instructor is available later in the day to ride with you. The students from the class get priority.
