Alrite, well this is an addtion to the old vid where the vette blew up on the track. I think we said it was a nitrous hickup, well the guy whos car blew up, his freinds made a video of it and explained exactly what happened

"This is a tribute video to my friend (and President of my car club, Shocker Racing) James' 2001 Z06. He was at the track on 4-9-05 and we think his fuel pooled in his intake manifold and BOOM. BTW, he was using a window switch for his nitrous, and had the setup professionally installed. All that other BS you hear online is just that. This was a technical malfunction within the system."

The original vid was taped by a kid. He might have been an asshole, but what excited ricer kid who just saw something like that isn't.

Anyways, they're not being much better themselves by exposing the kid...

bleh i dont know the whole story, but from what it seems hes gotta be about 20ish. i think they had every right for what they did. if u read some more places i think they said something about they were going back n forth online. so in either case, e-fighting isnt cool and your right both sides arent being very mature, but atleast the beginning puts the whole story to rest.

btw, whats that window switch they talk about?

 

I think he means that the nos is controlled by one of the window switches.

there was another thread of it in here, but i couldnt find it. the 60 second search detternt drove me away after 4 or 5 seraches. but any way they show the movie in that clip. they just cut the sound. the only video of the car blowing up is the one that kid took
