Windshield Washer Fluid Replacement

Hello Everyone,

Ok, stupid question.... My windshield washer fluid has been empty for some time now, and I finally picked up some fluid. I went to fill it up, and the fluid stays in the filler neck(about a foot long) and does not go down into the reservoir. While testing it out by pressing the wiper arm(by steering wheel) up, no fluid shoots out, duh!

What gives??

Sounds like something is clogging either the feed to the pump or you have a bubble, kink, or blockage post-washer pump. Honestly, take it in unless you are comfortable with disassembling the bumper.

I appreciate the reply. I am thinking the blockage is PRE reservoir, as the fluid won't even go down into it from the filler neck. I'll take the darn thing in..... I built an entire old Nova and can't even fill up my fluid on a new car!!!
