Hi guys, I have a 08 TSX and I have noticed my car is making whistling sound (not loud but noticeable when it's running) from a stop to acceleration (when pushing gas pedal)

What would be the possible problem? Leaks?
I will bring to to dealership since it's under warranty but I would like to know what is the problem so that they won't BS to me

Can you tell where the whistling is coming from? Does it enter the cabin through the shifter? Does it come from a particular part of the engine?

 

it happened this morning again, but it's gone in the afternoon and night.....it's weird
I cant tell where it comes from but i can definitely hear it in the cabin

 

it could be that the engine metal is shrinking when it's cold, then it expands when it warms up again so it fills all the gaps in your intake area

 

1. Where does the sound seem to be coming from/what area in the cabin?
2. Is the road wet when you hear it?

I have a whistling sound too but it only happens or most apparent when the road is wet. Sound seems to be coming from driver side window/vent.
