What's happening?

I found these spots not too long ago. I used some NXT interior protectant...shine stuff and it will disappear but back again after couple of days.

Same here... not as noticeable, but I have it.

I think its oily hands then dust gets on there and sticks... might need a good wipe with damp microfiber cloth and then some 303 or other good protectant, to get rid of it all.

Why are you trying to clean that with protectant?? Grab some 303 cleaner or Simple Green and scrub that crap off before you put protectant on it.

Even soap and water will work at this point. Just put some protectant on it AFTER you clean it.

I use Meg's Quick Interior Detailer, which is a cleaner, but not a Protectant. I use 303 protectant after everything is clean.

303 is the best stuff out there. Use it on my side's like those posted in the pics and on my dash and it works amazing. The only tip I have for you is to make sure you get it on evenly. If it's not, it'll show up big time.

303 does just about everything. It protects but it will also do away with these spots.

You do realize there is a Cleaner:

And a protectant:
