What situation is this?

What situation is this?
Last week I wanted to fix my car because of rattling steering wheel and Chevy Chase Acura dealership asked me to pay 300 bucks for flatting rotors. They said it is because of the after market rims(TSW catalunya) and suspension system(KONI yellows & Eibach Pros)
So they said they can't do that under warranty but I asked them to do it for free. They accepted my request and asked me to give perfect scores for the service survey, instead. Finally, I picked up my car yesterday and suprise! Man! my car didn't go straight I returned my car right away! and then, today, they asked me to pay 90$$ for allignment 
What the hack is that? 
What should I do? You guys think I have to pay 90$ for the allignment? I don't know what is happening now 
"We didn't do anything except just buffing rotors"<--- That's what they're saying now, anyway.
