What does it mean when my 6 speed tranny feels like its lubricated with marbles....
in the first 1 1/2 years, it felt like it was lubricated with butter... but now it feels like theres a sack of marbles added and i have the notchiest shifter next to Dodge shifters.... does this mean that something in the tranny wore out? or is it just natural wear and progression?

shift linkage is on top of the tranny. greeasing the shifter itself isnt going to help.
I have this on my car since around 20k .. and im at 45k. damn acura dealer ship wont do anything and it's pissing me off. gettin into 6th gear and 2nd gear for me feels like two sand paper scratching each other.

what i have is a problem going into my 6th gear. its not butter smooth like going into 3rd and 4th.
and i took at look at the shift linkage thats on top of the tranny. doesnt seem like you can lube it much, the linkage has ruber covering it, just like a CV-boot cover. so i think it's fully greased. i think its more of internal issue inside the tranny
you can fidn the shift linkage near the intake box / battery. its on top of the tranny close to the fill hole (im going on top of my head)
