Weird idling sounds..

My 05 CG TSX AT has about 450 miles. I've noticed that sometimes when I'm stopped at a traffic light or stop sign, I would hear a persistant rattling or vibration sound that is annoying if I don't have the radio turned up. The car doesn't shake or anything.. It doesn't happen all the time, but I've noticed that it has been happening more frequently. When this sound is occuring, if I shift to nuetral, it would go away... once I shift back to drive, the sound would start up again.. I'm not sure if this is related to the engine vibration issue.
