Water problem

I just bought a used 06 6-speed with Navi with 12k on it. I took a road trip to NY which was approx 190 miles. When I got to my destination the floor in the back on the passenger side was soaking wet. I had no idea what iit could have been from. I took a bath towel from the hotel and put on the floor. I took the towel out two hours later and the entire towel was full of water.
I did have the A/C almost the entire 3 hour trip. I took it to the dealer and they checked it out real quick and had no idea what the problem was. I have to take it back on wednesday and get a loaner so they can check it out in more detail. Does anyone have an ideas what the problem can be? I think it has to do with the A/C but Im not sure.

Was it raining while you were on the road? I know the drain from the sunroof may collect some moisture or water that got through the seal at high speend if you travel at highway speed. If the drain that lead the water off is not connected correctly, which may make the leak though the lining of the roof and drop onto the back seat but I dunno whether the water can go all the way to the floor mat though...

Very good chance it's your A/C.

Correct. It drains closer to the front and it leaks to the back.

there's a drain hole under the passenger seat in the car, it probably backs up and comes out through there
