tsx belt chirping on cold start?

I went to my mechanic to get my engine mounts replaced and then he mentioned that I need a new belt since mine was ripped. He changed that out as well as a roller. After those repairs the car made a loud squeek from the belt, and it wouldn't go away. He would spray some lubricant, the sound would go away and then come back within seconds. Then he changed the belt tensioner and sound went away. Now the next day, I noticed on a cold start that the belt will start to "chirp", not as loud as before and it sounds more like a chirp than a constant squeek. But I noticed that as the car warms up, the sound goes away. I also wanted to add that after changing the engine mounts, the car vibrates a HUGE amount when in idle, but then it goes away when the car warms up, so around the same time the chirp goes away. Not sure if any correlation, I was thinking maybe bad alternator? Just looking for second opinions before going to mechanic.
