Question TSX / ABS problem

2004 TSX, 12,000 miles - ABS appears to have intermittent malfunction. When applying breaks, only immediately after having gone over over slight bump (ie low drainage "curb", or low, speed bumps). Upon pressing the brake pedal, brakes do no engage immediately, car travels at least an extra 15-feet. Only solution has been to reapply the brakes a second time, then they function properly. This only happens at low speeds, and under these described conditions. The bumps are not severe enought to cause the tire to leave the ground. Performed several 40-0MPH tests. ABS works just fine. Also notice periodically on cooler mornings, on first startup only, on first acceleration only, hear the familiar ABS "rattle" for about 0.5 seconds.

Dealer says "all is well". I disagree. Anyone out there seeing something similar?
Thanks.

I've hit bumps fairly hard under breaking (from 60-0mph as it is right before the turn in to my neighborhood) and got a minimal ABS response, but that is fairly normal as I had it with my 89 BMW too, so I don't see an issue. Just a little trick being played on the ABS sensors.
