I do not have the security codes for both my navi system and radio. Is there anyway to get these codes without the dealer taking apart my car??

Yes, call your dealer who sold you the car. They should have on record your codes.

 

Open your glove compartment. One of the codes will be on a sticker on the side (facing the center console)

 

Or not....individual dealers may put the sticker with the code in the glove box, but that's not what Acura recommends. The only sticker that's supposed to go in the glove box is the one with the serial numbers only on it. With the s/n the dealer can retrieve the codes through the Honda/Acura network.

Do you have the "Service History" booklet that came with the car when new? The codes are supposed to be written on the 1st page when the car is PDI'd.

 

they should be there..
i bought the glove box that came with the car that HAD my navigation system in it..
notice my HAD in caps..
i did a navi conversion =) luckily the whole tsx was wrecked due to a palm tree falling on it.. it'll be on the side of the glvoe when you drop it down..
on my 06 stock navi its actually on the dash panel portion of the glove box..
so be sure to check around. that area.
