Time / Temperature - Doesn't show up anymore

Time / Temperature - Doesn't show up anymore
The display in the center front where it shows the Temperature / Time doesn't show up anymore on my car.
Also the switches (A/C, Temp, etc.) does not light up when I turn on my headlights.
Is this just a fuse? Anyone else experiencing this issue?
