First time on the site, looking to solve a problem with noise I am starting to hear that almost coming from behind the drivers side dash area. When I first started hearing what sounded like a humming noise when I first stopped or started off from stop. Last night I heard the same noise, this time it even changed pitch a couple times, after I turned the car off and I didn't have my foot on the brake or anything. I did check the brake and power stearing fluid levels and they were fine, also changed out some of the brake fluid with fresh.

In looking over other threads I noticed one said something about a whoop sound in another thread but I could not find anything.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what this could be and how to fix it?
