Speakers Dead

All,
So one fine evening, one of my LEDs in the front map light was not working, so i tried to replace it. This some how blew off the fuse, and all interior lights and radio stopped working. Replaced the interior fuse with the back up and everything came up and asked for code. Entered the code, Navi is fine, lights came up and the radio display came up, but there is no shound in the speakers.
Can some one please suggest, what could be done, or if Acura Stealership would take care of the Speakers, if i dont tell them the whole story....and act a lil smart.............

check the rest of your fuses. when i was changing my map lights with blue leds, i didnt turn the car off because i wanted to make sure i put them in the right way since they were polarized...big mistake. blew a fuse that did everything you said happened to you, except the speakers. sounds like your amp or something is still turned off...check the fuses inside the car in the driver's foot well to be sure.

Perhaps disconnecting the battery and reset the radio again.
