Anyone have this phone? I can't get it to work with my handsfree. Any suggestions will be greatfully accepted.

 

that phone sucks get a new one. i sell cingular phones and i get that shit returned on me so often. im glad its discontinued.

 

Really? I actually like it. It is a hell of a lot better than any motorola phone. Now those are some shitty phones.

 

Try a firmware upgrade or downgrade. My K750i worked with an upgrade & I've read that others have downgraded firmwares on their phones to get it to work with the HFL.

 

ppl complain about the battery life, blue tooth issues, calls dropping, alot of random stuff about it. when i see someone come in with one i know im gonna be in for a head ache -__-

Yep, I'm one of the ones that had to downgrade. I have a Sony Ericcson W600i. It worked the first day I had it, and then it stopped working. Apparently it had updated itself. I downgraded the firmware, and now it works flawlessly.

I considered changing my phone, but it's one of the few phones I like that is fully compatible (when the proper firmware is applied)

Note the comment about versions of Bluetooth (2.1 vs. 2.2) made by vgisin. This may be the issue that the Acura HFL is having with the SE phones.
