Someone please help!

We recently got a lot of snow and ice and when I was trying to move my 2004 TSX, I lost my gears...one minute I was in drive, and the next I didn't have any of my gears except park. I turned the car off and let it sit for a minute and when I turned it back on I had all of my gears. I don't have a clue what might be causing this, although I'm pretty sure it's electrical. Any clue???
Thanks!!

Not having gears meaning when in drive or reverse all you could hear was the engine reving with no front tire movement?

It's fine. You didn't damage anything. It's a module to prevent your transmission damage. We did that with a Mitsubishi Lancer 2010 at 120kmh pulled in reverse, then everything stopped working in the transmission. No noise or whatsoever. It's a security mode to not let u have the face in the dash or to lock the wheels at 120km/h if you know what I mean..... lol

You have to shut off the car eveytime your are doing this.
