Should i continue to use 5w-30 oil after 100k

Hello,
I was wondering if any of you guys are continuing to use oil 5w-30 after reaching 100k miles. Should i switch to 10w-40? what are your recommendations?

Why would you change? Stay with the 5w-30.

From: Down south where the food is good.

Stick with 5-30 and go with a full synthetic if you aren't already.
