I discovered that my right foglight was shattered the other day It still works and everything...but...it's shattered...I want to get it fixed...but for free...so I took it to the dealer and asked if I was able to get it fixed under warranty...but they said that they weren't able to... ...so now what do I do?
I'm sure that a rock or other road debris shattered it...but some people said that it looked intentional...It better not be intentional or else someone is getting beat down for hurting my baby if I catch them...
So my question to you guys is...what do I do?
Do I get a new foglight kit, am I able to just replace the shattered glass, set up surveillance for my car :P or what?...any input is greatly appreciated...

 

if the foglight still works then cant you just get a new glass piece?

intentional sounds very unlikely, this same thing happened to other members here, it happens...

as for free, while its not your fault, its not a factory defect, I wouldn't blame them.

The same thing happened to both of my fog lights. I told the dealer that it was b/c of the cold winter and they replaced them for free. If you got them done at the time the car was bought, they are covered under the warranty anyway.
