shaking/window problem

hey guys I recently purchased an 08 tsx and have two things wrong with it. The driver side rear window doesn't go down at all. When I checked the fuse there wasn't one in it so I put one in and nothing. It doesn't do anything when I press the button no noise or anything. Second when i'm in D the steering wheel shakes but only at 0 mph and when the car is on D. What can be the cause of the shaking?

The shaking is caused by that big thing under the hood

Seriously....how much we talking about? I got a bit of a rough idle myself. Its nothing to be concerned about but next trip to the dealer see what they think.

The window issue is hard to diagnose. Since the fuse is good, I'd suspect the switch has gone bad.

The shake is very noticeable, my passenger can feel it.

I checked the switch already by using the one from the opposite window and nothing still.
