Security system immobilizer

Acura TSX 2005 has the green key flashing now won't start been in flood recently but I had it running the key flashing and the transmission is showing d 1 on shifter.

Security Alarm Syatem

My daughter just bought a 2006 Acura TSX , the alarm system goes off and we are wondering is there a fuse to take out to stop it or a reset button, we just want to disable it ...Thanks for any suggestions
