I'd love to know how to best protect & restore the LEFT side of the driver seat...the part that your ass rubs agasinst each time getting in/out. It gets the creases

Me too, me too. I don't think there'll be a "repair" suggestion. All you can do is treat it regularly so it never becomes a crack...

Asked the dealer about my cracked seats too. The inside part of the seat is leather, but the long strips on top, on the side are not leather. that is why it is cracking.. Well, at least for me, this is the problem. the service manager has told me this. They said they would get this iron out and see if they can fix it, but i haven't brought it back to get fixed yet cause i have my doubts... Is this where your seat is cracking?

This is BS. Leather is 100x more likely to crack than vinyl. The consensus is that all of the top part of the seat is leather. Vinyl would not crack w/o prolonged UV exposure. You're dealer is full of caca.

They need to fix it under warranty.
