I feel so stupid!!! I only smoke in the car during long car rides when I am alone. So I'm driving to Ottawa on Monday, toss my butt out the window and it bounces back in and lodges on the right drivers shoulder next to the headrest. I fly across three lanes, up the off ramp, find the still smoking butt and throw it out. In the end I'm left with a small hole right beside the headrest.
Correct me if I am wrong, but this portion of the seat cover is faux leather. The only real leather is the perforated stuff in the middle of the seat.
My question is, should I repair the hole myself or have a professional do it?
If I have a professional do it can anyone recommend someone in the Toronto area who does a good job?

Someone stole "My Garage"
You might want to get a quote / realistic expectation from an upholstery shop in your area, that works on leather couches, etc... I had a rip in a leather seat of my old Integra (right across the seam), and they were able to stitch it up really nicely for minimal charge (like $30 I think -- it was an old school Italian upholsterer that took cash, LOL).
I'm not sure what they can do for a hole (how big? about 1/2cm round?), but I'm guessing they can either replace that section of material (rather pricey labour), or patch the hole (less visually appealing but probably a lot cheaper).
