Scratch Removal
Since he is saying it's a black tsx and it's brand new. I am going to say that they are probably swirl marks. If they were other scrathes he probably would have been pretty PO'ed. lol
Swirl marks are probably something to get used to on black. All cars have them, it's just that they show up really easily on black.
If you really want to get ride of them, get some polish and a rotary buffer and start buffing away. Then put a good thick coat of wax on there after you get the swirls out to prevent future swirls. I can't say you'll be guaranteed free of swirls but this will sure help.
I'm not sure on specific brands or anything like that to use. I'm sure another member will chime in right behind me and shine some light on that.
