safe to spray silicone INSIDE car?
safe to spray silicone INSIDE car?
My glovebox/dash area is still making that plastic on plastic reverb sound. Thinking about trying something between the A pillar and the dash. Would you feel ok putting silicone spray in there somehow? Or would that cause problems with wires or connections somewhere back there?
Don't do it. It won't hurt anything, but it won't help either. Did you try foam/felt tape? If it sounds more like it's coming from the A-pillar, did you look at post #23 in this thread? https://acurazine.com/forums/showthr...t=35753&page=1

Yep, checked those out. I'm not crazy right, those are not related to A pillar though, right? I see what you are saying, they are closer to A pillar than the other fixes. Those are from the side of the dash (that pop out panel when door is open), but its still glovebox related. I haven't been able to see any spots in my glovebox that aren't tight and right. I am thinking since mine is an 07 with a May build date, maybe that part is fixed? Maybe its an A pillar rattle. Don't know what else it could be.
