Im going to the dealership tomorrow for the door rattle when bass is a little high. They claim they never had anyone have this problem before and i call BS. But i think itll be helpful for me to have this one image ive seen before on this site. It was an image of a scan of a document that showed some sort of a recall or something on the door rattle and/or told the dealership on how to fix it with a little rubber seal. I know i didnt dream that and this happened like a few monthes back. Anyone know where i can find that document?

 

Oh yea, search didnt work and im pressed for time as i have to take the car day after tomorrow.
