Round Covering Shell Broken

Hi I own a 04 TSX, i was driving and hearding some clamping noise whenever the car is in movement. I got out and looked under my car and saw a long round shell covering is broken and hanging onto the bottom of my car. It seems to be covering some tubes or hoses under my car. Anyone know where i can get a replacement part for it or have a mechanical drawing for the bottom of the TSX?

The only way to get this part is at the dealer OR the scrapyard. They are only making oem part for this so be ready it can be expensive.

Is it #6 below? If so, it's the cover for your catalytic converter. It costs around $30-$40.

The cover is there to prevent your car from igniting a pile of dead grass or leaves in the event you see a huge pile and decide to park over it. Otherwise, it's pretty hard to ignite anything and you can just take the cover off and leave it at that. An exhaust shop will probably charge $10 just to remove it in case you don't want to do it yourself.

My guess would be part# 40 in the diagram.
