Ok so reciently i have been having problems. while driving my car stutters, then after a min or so all my warning lights come on and the car wont rev over 3000. It is wierd. when it does that all i have to do is turn the car off then back on and it is fine, except the check engine light stays on for a little bit. it has just started happening so i havent had time to call Comptech, but i will be doing that tomorrow. i just wanted to see what you all think is wrong with it. oh yeah it is S/C also if that makes a differance. it has been for about 5 months and this problem just started like 5 days ago.

What CEL code does the ECU throw?
Check the wiring going to the fuel rail. Make sure it is not getting touched or grounded somewhere, like on the blower. I posted a pic awhile showing the harness and where to tie it down.
Also, check the Comptech ACM and ECU, and make sure that all of the harnesses are still plugged in.


Those are the only ideas I have for now, hopefully JTso or someone else will have some too.

You need to pull the code for the CEL first. Who installed the SC?

 

me and two of my friends did it. one did his own K-24 swap into a hatch so this was easy for him. plus he worked at a shop around here that specializes in hondas.

But like i said it has been running fine for 5 months. so i just thought this was wierd

but yeah i will get the cel for you hopefuly tomorrow. i will take it to my boys shop and get it checked.
