Question Rattling from the Accessory Belt

Hi all,

I've had my '06 TSX for almost a year now, and couldn't be more happier with the reliability, performance, etc. that it offers.
There has been however, one problem that I could never really figure out since I got it. Maybe someone has some experience with the issue.

On the accessory belt, there seems to be a rattling/whirring/slight grinding noise coming from an idler, tensioner, alternator, etc., something... Haven't gotten a chance to go at it with a mechanic stethoscope, and before going crazy tearing things down, just want to know if anyone else has experienced this before or knows what causes it.
No issues with power or anything, drives perfectly fine, no CEL, just a weird noise coming from the belt area. Happens whether AC is on or off.
Links to videos will be attached below.

Thank you so much in advance, every suggestion helps.

Exterior Clip 3: (You can hear it pretty good towards the middle and end of this clip)
Interior Clip: (May have to raise volume to hear)

EDIT: I know I have a kinked power steering hose in the video, straightened it after recording but the noise still happens.
