Question maybe proble with the winshield fluid nostrils
Hi everyone!
I’ve noticed that a driver side windshield fluid nostril shoots through a spacing in wiper arm and aimed to lower - 1/3 part of the window. I looked to the 2003 Accord (TSX and Accord have similar set-up) - nostrils on Accord project water above wiper blades in a fan fashion.
So the question is
1. what is the proper nostril aiming set up for TSX - does jets supposed to spray above windshield wipers or through them and be aimed to the centre of the windshield ?
2. How is a spray pattern supposed to look like: 4 jets – 2 and 2 or fan fashion
I highly appreciate any information you can provide.
Sincerely,
Greg

My nossles are set exactly like yours. What I've noticed is that at low speeds, the shoot low, but then at higher speeds, they work fine. So if you end up re-aiming the "pissers", it will have an effect on them at higher speeds.
Mine are more like two 2 fans rather than 4 sprays.

In otherwords, don't mess with your nostrils!
If you do, this might happen!!!
Yes, I wish there was some more official information specifying this. I keep worrying that my nostrils are partially clogged or deformed. :P
It should be in the manual just so you know when to get it looked at... it seems like a common potential maintenance issue.
