ARG im hella fustrated!!!!
Here is a link to the Seattle Lemon Law
to me it sounds like your modifications could have caused many, if not all of the problems. Sorry, but a warranty is for a defect, not shit that was broken trying to modify the car. I don't see how the lemon law would even apply in your case.
What is a “Lemon?”Your vehicle may qualify as a “lemon” if ithas one or more substantial defects that havebeen subject to a “reasonable number of attempts” to diagnose or repair the problem(s)under the manufacturer’s warranty. Substantial defects are those which are life threatening, create a risk of fire or explosion or which substantially impairs the vehicle’s reliability, resale value or safe use. The law does not cover problems caused by owner abuse or negligence, or any unauthorized modifications or alterations made to the vehicle.

He did slam his TSX, which could cause the VSA to malfunction. And all the wiring for his gadgets, who knows what electrical components are bad. The lemon law wouldn't apply in this situation. He's lucky that the dealership would even fix it under warrenty. I'm not flamming, just telling it as it is.

well patuww no slamming the car wouldnt effect the VSA nor would splicing into the wiring harness to add a vtec controller that was NEVER INSTALLED. VSA isnt one of the wires you even splice into it has nothing to do with the VTEC controller. But since i did touch the wiring harness im gonna eat this one.
Techsx they arent replacing the wiring harness underwarrenty. Im paying for it. But explain this if its a computer problem then why is the wiring harness to blame? Oh well They said if the wiring harness doesnt fix the problem they will replace the computer under warrenty...thing is if it wasnt the wiring harness and its a faulty computer then why am i paying for a wiring harness?

Lemon Law Issue
OK, YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT IN FOR THE SAME PROBLEM FOR FIVE TIMES BEFORE YOU CAN TURN IN PAPERS. THE FIRST THING IS THAT MOST PEOPLE WHO FIX UP THEIR TSX HAVE MORE PROBLEMS THAN OTHERS. I HAVE A TSX NAVI FOR OVER A YEAR AND HARDLY ANY PROBLEMS. only minor one or two. and that's it.
