Please verify my compressor is locked up

Below is a video, towards the top is my botched compressor. This is with AC on. A month ago, I put the car in reverse and heard a loud rattling noise, then it stopped and slowly the cold air stopped. I know this is a common problem as I have done a lot of searching on the board, I just don't have another TSX to compare. I'm pretty sure the clutch isn't spinning. Can you verify from the video?

Sounds from my searching like there is a possibility that the compressor blew and contaminated the entire system.

With that and the upcoming CV joint replacement due to acceleration vibrations, I'm likely going to dump this car.

Well, from what I can see in the video, the compressor doesn't appear to be spinning.

What you can do to verify, is with the car off, reach down there and see if you can turn the compressor by hand (the face of the pulley, not the edges where the belt is). If it does not turn by hand (it should if the compressor is ok), then your compressor is toast.

If it does turn by hand, then there are several possibilities:

1) clutch is bad
2) freon is low, system is preventing clutch from engaging to preserve the pump
