Outside of suspecting some distortion in my left speaker (did on 1 CD not on others) and my seat moved once however........
This is one sweet car. I had a 1996 GSR and it handled great and was quick - as to handling - I think the TSX is better. I have 2700 miles on it had it from 4/10/04.
I recently drove from south of Atlanta to Universal in Orlando - about 440 miles (drove, went to the parks and drove back the same day - had 4 hours sleep in 36).
I started on a 2 lane curvy road and was surprised at how well the car took the curves (VSA defeated of course - I only leave it on when it is wet). The shifter is so slick and smooth and with the close ration, I had to get used to shifting sooner, not winding it out so much. The seats are great, I have no rattles, no problem with the dash lights, no squeaks. The ride is firm and comfortable and it is fairly quiet The lights are great.
The only, only thing I would like as an improvement would for the car to be quicker acceleration wise. I have red-lined it and felt the electronic cut out several times because it felt like it could pull more rpm. The GSR red-lined at 8100 rpm not 7000 like the TSX.
If I keep the car (currently out of work 1 month after leasing it) I will be looking for a chip to increase the HP and perhaps the red line as soon or if one becomes available. I really enjoy driving the car, especially on the curves. People who are complaining about the tires?? Don't know what their problem is, they hold very well. I think some people expect tires to hold on wet roads the same as dry. CART use rain tires and they SLOW down when it rains - their lap times drop. (it's like reviewers on tirerack whining because the summer high performance trires suck in the snow gmab) Wonder if the tire complainers ever think to do that. I will get better rubber of course when these wear but they are quite adequate. The were very noisy on the big high curved ramp from I-595 going east getting on I-95 north in Broward county FLA. And neither of my other car's tires whined there but that was the only time.
Maybe I am fortunate to not have the problems but the car, as I said is sweet as can be! :P :P

I did have a little rattles from under the dashboard, but a few weeks ago all these rattles just went away by itself and now car is perfectly quite with any stereo bass level.
This is a perfect car for the money, I have 2 Honda product, Accord 2003 and TSX,
very happy with both cars so far.
