Quick question for the experts out there. I have a 06 TSX and when I back up I hear a creaking/metally moan sound when I let go of the brake in reverse. Then when the cars is stopped and I let go of the brake to move again it starts up. Has anyone had this problem? If it was the brakes wouldnt it also happen in drive?

Not necessarily. Sounds like fairly normal brake noise to me. Does it do it after you've been driving a bit or this only when you're first starting out after being parked?

 

Get the brakes checked, sounds like normal wear and tear if you've had a it a couple years.
