New A-Frame??!?!

About two months ago i hit a curb sliding around a corner in slick weather. After which, the car was pretty much undrivable; the rear was pulling so badly towards the right (impact was clockwise to the driver's side rear tire). I took the car to a Firestone alignment shop, where they were able to make it fairly drivable again. There was still some pull in the wheel after i got it back, but it was definitely better.

Today i bring my car to a shody acura dealer in town, and they tell me i need an entire new a-frame and it's $1600. Does this sound right? Would a sub 15mph curb impact (going pretty much sideways) mess up my entire rear a-frame? They showed me the alignment specs and the rear was a whole 1.5 degrees off.

Post the alignment specs. You might have bent suspension links or control arms.
