Need to replace Clutch master and Slave again?

Hi guys I replaced my clutch, clutch master and slave back in April and seems like the clutch master is failing again thats only about 5000 miles. I’m getting a really bad click from the clutch pedal also sometimes I have to press the clutch pedal twice to put the car in to first gear and it also grids when I shift into reverse on occasion. My question is should I just replace the CM or CM and slave. Thanks

Try bleeding the system again. I used a hand held vacuum pump when replacing the clutch MC on a Toyota. Bleeding won't fix the pedal click but worth doing.

My experience is that lubricating the pedal assembly might also be the problem. I do that regularly and the squeaking problem gets resolved for a few months.
