Sometimes my navigation hangs up on the Acura Screen. I have a 2005 TS with the original disk. Sometimes it will load if I hit a bump while driving. Could the problem be the disk or something else?

Also some more info on this. It all started when I loaded my trunk. I thought it was because something was against the dvd player but has continues to be a problem with the trunk empty. Do you think something could have come loose? If so what should I check for? It works about 50% of the time.
