My navigtion screen on my 04 TSX was giving me a message saying "please contact your dealer..." I have gotten this message before whenever I hit a really bad bump and the disc in the trunk I guess skipped. But in the past I would just turn off the car, and it would go away and everything would be fine. Now the message won't go away?? I tried to clean the disc sooo many times, over and over, and there doesn't appear to be even a single scratch on the disc. This morning I disconnected the battery hoping to restart everything, and now I can't even get my navigation to give me that message again. It says please check your disck now in a small green box. I take the disc in and out, and when I first put it in, it says 'downloading software' and then it goes right back to 'please check your disc'. any and all help would be greatly appreciated, i just want to get this problem fixed
