So my navi resets every time I turn the car off and 90% of the time in won't let me enter a code. I thought it was the touch screen but the toggle won't work either. And the touch screen works sometimes.... So I'm hoping its something software related that can be easily fixed.

 

There are some posts on here about sending the unit back to Alpine for a repair for around $160. You'll have to search to find the posts about this. There is an 800 number you can call and ask if this is something that they can fix.
