i've been having this clunking problem on my car for quite sometime. it occurs when i brake hard, make a quick turn, go on and off ramps and braking and turning.

i brought it in a total of 3 times. the first time they changed the sway links. the second time they told me everything was fine. the third time i rode with a tech to verify the noise.

to solve the problem they basically tightened up the front end, specifically the lower control arms. a few days have gone by and so far so good. the front end definately feels tighter. just letting you guys know! btw i have 59k miles on my car. they didn't charge me because the first two times i was under 50k.

Hmm. Good to know. I have that clunking problem too, mostly during sharp turns and braking, and it's not all the time so it's hard to show someone what it is to diagnose it. I think I'll mention your fix when I go in for my next service. If Princeton Acura can't fix it, I'll go to Montclair. Thanks!
