missing clips n bolts

i checked underneath my car the other day n found out that the plastic casing that holds the engine underneath are missing couple of clips n bolts. and the plastic casing is hangin down. can i buy these clips and bolts at a local hardware store or do i have to go directly to my dealer?

Since they fell off, you should be able to get them for free from the dealer. The car is supposed to stay together in one piece...
