ever since i change my dome lights to 9 led from superbrightleds, i have big issues with both leds, they dont work right like when you open the door only 1 dome light is turning on. tried switching leds and checking be sure that the switch is on(pushing). i got no luck . and also i noticed that when i start my car those leds are flickering..gosh. anyone encounter this???

I just ordered them myself, i really hope mine don't do that.

 

Only weird thing I've ever experienced with them is if you put the dome switch to off, they still glow a little. I've never had the issue you are having. Is the 9LED festoon polarized? Could be that you have it in backwards if they are polarized.

 

Make sure the one not coming on is in correctly. They must go in one way, switch it around.

 

I got the same problem with the flickering....

 

got mine yesterday installed them, no flickering yet, but did notice that they are a light blue color vs the dark blue that tec-toyz sells.

think I like the tec-toyz 4 led's better due to the darker blue matches better witht he blue lights already in our cars.

 

i saw that lil glowin too....it is polarized...i open the covers, remove and replace them and they work ok but when i drove my car and stop. thats when i observe this issue...could be moving from road bumps???but it fits well..

how much power it draws now its 9 leds for 3 domes?
