Leather water/sun damage

Please help, I left my sunroof down overnight and it was a hail storm and then very sunny. Came back to my car and the 2 front leather seats were damaged. The texture of the leather is all messed up (very hard in some spots) and just generally looks a lot worse.

My question is there anything I can do at this point to make the leather better (at least softer). Was pissed off about this, because my interior looks pretty good otherwise. I'm looking for a cost effective way to get my seats back to a normal non embarressing standard.

Thanks a lot for any ideas. Here are some pics:

Call some auto detailers to ask if they'd be able to mend it.
