Lampgard by Weather Tech

Has anyone installed lampgards on their TSX?
I'm thinking of getting these since by headlamp lenses are getting all chewed up with stone chips.
Any opinions? Recommendations?

I'm also interested in getting something to protect the lenses. I've got to make a road trip in a couple of months, and I'd love to hear people's recommendations. Also, I would like to find something transparent that I could put over the chrome on the grille for the same reasons, at least for the duration of the roadtrip. The last thing I want is to see is chips all over the place. Can anyone recommend a product?

Do a search on this forum and title it "Clear Bra". It might be the product you are looking for. There is a thread on this forum that even shows pictures of a car with the Clear Bra, looks great. I'm new to this forum so I'm not sure how to insert the links.

Hope this helps.

I have the stuff from Griot's Garage for my fogs. I don't recommend it. It definitely yellows after consistent usage and the positioning spray makes it worse. It does protect the lenses very well. I can tell that the fogs would've taken a severe beating if it wasn't for this product being there. I, along with a buddy of mine, are returning them to Griot's Garage to let them see how they yellow since their advertisement says the shouldn't yellow. Seems like the folks with the Clear Bra stuff are having better success.

I installed xpel fog and headlight covers this past weekend. Looks to be good and the install is relatively easy (~1 hour) Had to install something cause I have cracks in both my fogs already and it only has been 2 months.

$50 shipped is a good price to me too.

Hi yuhoo22,
Did you consider the Lampguard product by Weather Tech?
What was it about the Xpel product that swong your decision?
Now that you have the head/fog light covers are you considering the clear bar from Xpel?

There was no real reason why I chose Xpel over the weathertech ones. I think the Xpel ones might be thinner....30 mil vs 40 mil for the weathertech.

I think they should be pretty much the same. I am very happy with them in case you wanted to know.
