Jerking/stuttering at ~50 mph

I bought a used 2004 TSX (automatic) about a year ago. Occasionally when I'm driving at 47-52 mph (usually on gently rolling country roads), the car will jerk/buck until I ease up on the throttle. Then it drives perfectly. It kind of feels as if it's not getting enough fuel.

It happens enough to worry me, but doesn't seem to impact anything. Can anyone shed any light on this?

Thanks.

Does this happen while going downhill? If so, it's probably the grade logic control. It's a feature that doesn't let the tranny shift, in order to control your speed while doing downhill. It feels rather jerky when it kicks in.

It happens going downhill, but also on flat roads. It never happens going uphill.

It's a rather strong sensation -- not as bad as when your ABS kicks in, but along those lines.

It might be the torque convertor lock-up function - have someone use a scan tool while you're driving it under those conditions.
